Mr. Ranieri serves as our senior vice president of human resources. Mr. Ranieri joined Dendreon from Sepracor, Inc., where he served as the executive vice president of human resources and administration. Mr. Ranieri previously served as the senior vice president of human resources and chief administrative officer at Neurocrine Biosciences, where he was responsible for managing and directing the human resources, corporate communications, operations and purchasing functions of the company. Mr. Ranieri also has held positions as Genencor International and SmithKline Beecham. Mr. Ranieri received a master’s degree from Rider College and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
