Training ∓ Development

Here at Dendreon, we offer numerous learning and development programs, as well as specialized manufacturing training. Working in one of our clean rooms is unlike working in a conventional manufacturing plant or medical laboratory; the environment, attire, and commitment to precision are all different. But if you are open to learning and believe in putting patients first, we’ll teach you the rest.

In the clean room, we’ve developed a collaborative partnering program in which every person engaged in processing cells is teamed up with a coworker who verifies that every step in the process is performed according to our standard operating procedure. Our manufacturing associates regularly alternate between these two roles. Furthermore, a supervisor and a manager are always present in our production areas, ready to answer questions and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
